We have had a lot of requests recently asking us to chase up referral appointments, and we politely ask that if you have a query relating to your referral appointment you phone the relevant number below, or that found on your referral letter. Unfortunately once the referral has been made we have no access to the waiting lists or how long the waiting lists are. All specialities have significant waiting lists due to COVID.
All patients are sent paperwork relating to their referral, the majority are now done through the Elective Activity Coordination Hub (EACH), patients are asked on their paperwork to contact the HUB on 01522 309500 with any queries regarding their referral. Folllow up appointment enquiries for LCH should be made by contacting the appointments team on 01522 573200, choosing no. 2 option for follow up appointments.
