Everyone is at risk of developing heart disease, stroke, diabetes or kidney disease. The good news is that these conditions can often be prevented – even if you have a history of them in your family. If you are between the ages of 40 & 74 and have not already been diagnosed with one of the conditions mentioned, you are eligible for a free NHS Health Check. If you are outside the age range and are concerned about your health, you should contact your GP.

If you are over 75 and on no regular medication, we still offer the service to you. Just call the surgery and book an appointment with the Practice Nurse.
