When the GP makes a referral for a patient, these are sent into a HUB who triage the referral and contact the patient. Unfortunately we have no control over referrals in primary care so we ask patients to contact the HUB directly for any further information.
Queries relating to referrals done by opticians should be directed either back to the optician or through to the ophthalmology HUB.
